A life insurance policy is given free to anyone who is a current member.
It has particular conditions.

How to get the form to mail in your annual dues
A plain, non decorated page is available. It will permit you to print out a form to mail in.
You can click on the print tab and it will print out everything you need.

Other options
If you want to donate funds to our retirees club, that is permissable.
   You may wish to leave a contribution in your will to our retirees club.
      You do not have to be a member to do this.

Do I have to be a member to donate? No. It would be appreciated.
