BAD NEWS WITH GOOD NEWS
Info circulating says Cinnamon will lower blood sugar levels.
Claims also say it reduces bad LDL cholesterol and triglycerides while raising good HDL cholesterol.

Cinnamon put in a paper coffee filter and hot water poured over it,
        is supposed to remove the bad element of Cinnamon.

The good part of Cinnamon is water soluble and passes through the filter.
        The bad part gets trapped behind.

The good part can be bought at health food stores if you don't want to do it at home.
        Water-soluble cinnamon extract is known as CINNULIN PF

        Some things may be a problem when mixed with your medication.
        It is best to err on the side of caution.
    I have heard some seemingly, strange health alternatives in the last few years.
        Some of them I thought were bizarre. On a closer look, they have merit.

    One of these unusual remedies came from a conversation I overheard at the hall. I thought "No way!"
    A small group of fellows were discussing Acid reflux.
    One guy said his doctor told him you needed to elevate the stomach acid.
    My idea was that you needed to lower it! This was, I thought, all wrong!

    What was used was 2 or 3 tablespoons of Apple Cider vinegar.
    You can add a tablespoon of water to cut it in a teacup.
    Then just Wash it down the hatch.

    To my amazement and that of my wife, Yes, it does work!

    I was hospitalized recently for a Kidney stone inconvenience I wouldn't wish this on anyone!.
       NOTE While there, I related this account above to a nurse who recently had to go on Prilosec.
      I told her I didn't know why it had to be Apple Cider vinegar.
            She quickly responded that Apple Cider vinegar has the highest acid content.
         I learned something I didn't know.

    I was informed recently by a lady who is my barber,
        her mother, who is younger than I, had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.


When I got my hair cut recently, she said a breakthrough had been made in this disease.

    Maybe she thought I was "losing it".

        However, my Mom went down this road.

    A runny nose, cold, flu, H1N1, sinus congestion, all seem to have a common factor.
        These are the products of bacteria that have invaded our systems.

    The 1960's were beginning to see amazing innovations come to fruition.
        One that is really helpful in this fight against bacteria is the very simple styrofoam cup.

    I got the idea for this while remembering an item in an old book I read years ago.
        You must take caution in using this method. It is fantastic, but care must be exercised.

Tools needed:

Garlic press Kitchen brush with stiff plastic bristles Sharp knife Bag of 16 Ounce styro foam cups     or even 20 ounce styro foam cups Pan Stove 2 cups of water         The secret ingredient Fresh bulb of Garlic

Caution: Do not use Elephant Garlic. It doesn't work. It is not a true garlic.         Do not use Garlic imported from Communist China.             It has been irradiated and poses a real problem. It normally has a red stamp on the side.                      You can grow your own garlic     In a pan, pour several cups of water. Place it on a stove burner. Bring the water to a boil     While you are waiting on the water to heat up, start on the next step.     "Tear" out 3 cloves from the bulb of Garlic. Cut each of the cloves into 3 pieces Chop them up and place them into the Garlic press. Crush the "livin daylights" out of them. The reason for cutting the cloves of Garlic into 3 pieces is this.     It makes it easier on your hand and on the Garlic press.     Put the crushed garlic residue into a 16 ounce Styrofoam cup.         Pour a cup of boiling water into the Styrofoam cup.     Place this cup on a desk or table.         Be comfortably seated in front of the cup.             Lean over while sitting down in front of the cup.         Hold the cup in your hands. Shape it to fit around your nose and mouth.     Gently, draw or breathe air (vapors) in through your nose.         Breathe the air down as far as you can breathe.                 Turn your head sideways and exhale         Bring your face back to the cup     Gently, draw or breathe air in through your mouth.                 Breathe the air (vapors) down as far as you can breathe.         Turn your head sideways and exhale     Repeat this until the solution in the cup cools off.         This will take about 20 minutes. I suggest using a timer to ensure a full 20 minute duration. You can reheat it in a microwave oven if desired. Why does this work?     When you are in the shower, the steamy vapors open up your sinuses.         Fresh crushed garlic kills bacteria. All viruses, "bugs" etc. are viruses.             This combination of steamy garlic vapor is penetrating your breathing chambers.     In WW II, the British Royal Army & the Russian Red Army were experiencing penicillin shortages.     They crushed fresh garlic and placed it into the wounds of injured soldiers.     Russian Red Army hospitals were using wire baskets filled with crushed Garlic.    They were wafting warm steamy garlic vapors through their wards.          PURPOSE: Kill bacteria preventing the spread of disease !     In 1858, Louis Pasteur made an incredible discovery.     He proved bacteria died when coming into contact with fresh crushed garlic.         Even in the Middle Ages, garlic was beneficial in treating wounds.        In eastern Europe, some still call it Russian penicillin.     Once you get past the recipe on this Reference link ,          you find some interesting points of validation. About using a Microwave oven, The top of the cup will suddenly have a white foam cap rise up.         You must shut it off instantly Otherwise the white foam cap will erupt all over your microwave oven         It will have no mercy on your clean microwave oven     I am speaking from experience on this matter.             It is a real mess to clean up.

After reheating in a microwave oven, Ease up to the cup slowly. The vapors are super heated. Breathe gently as you get close to the cup. You do not want to scald your nostrils or mouth!

        

Cleaning up your tools

After the treatment, you need to use a Kitchen brush with stiff plastic bristles.         Place the Garlic press in one hand.     Poke the bristles backward through the openings of the Garlic press.         It makes it a whole lot easier to clean up.     NOTE: I know about a family that had a five year old boy back around 2007.                The young boy came down with H1N1                   His neighbor, also five years old, were terrific friends with each other. The first boy that got hit with this nasty bug. He drifted down into pneumonia and passed away.         His little buddy contracted this also from him.               I learned that he also was going into pneumonia.                       I did not want to see or hear of him passing away!     I drove to the boy's Dad's place of business.         I gave him a bag of 16 ounce styrofoam cups and some bulbs of Garlic.         I told him what I knew about this.                 I had no idea if he would even listen to me.     He did and made his son take the treatment three times a day.      That was his choice.           The boy got well.     There is some humor in this last part.         The boy complained saying this stuff stinks! Why do I have to do it?     Besides my boogers are all gone!         All of this from an otherwise happy little boy who lived to play football and baseball.     I wish I could say the same for the other family.         They are people who to this day I do not know personally.             It is very tragic to lose a small child.                 ANOTHER CHILD LOST Just when you thought you had heard it all! GARLIC INJECTION COULD TACKLE TREE DISEASES ! I have personally found that Garlic can help keep your gums healthy. What works for me "Tear out" a single clove of Garlic. Slice a thin strip from top to bottom. About a quarter of an inch thick will do. Place it in your mouth and chew on it slightly. It will get pretty warm. Bear with it. The heat will fade shortly. Let it rest on your upper gum as long as you desire. You can swallow the residue when you wish. Side effect: It will kill bad bugs in your digestive tract. Like they used to say "An apple a day keeps the Doctor away !" A clove of Garlic a Day might be a great habit to start! If you have skin tags, you could try this: Place a thin slice of Garlic on the skin tag. Place a band aid of reasonable size on top of it. Use a strip of bandage tape to hold it in place. These rolls are available in your local drug store For me, taping the bandage downwards helps to prevent       the Garlic slice from working loose and falling out. Doing this every day for a week should work.      It gently causes the "Tag" to drop off. Automotive vitamins ~ Not really !

Webmaster's report:       I had used several of this companies products back in the late 1970's. They were very good at that time. There have been many important improvements made in the years since. These products are not cheap. It is a one time use for the vehicle, boat, etc. There is a proper procedure to install these products. It is not too difficult. It will pay for itself in fuel savings. Reduced mechanical troubles are another benefit as well. Benefits:     Lower fuel consumption. Smoother running engine. Reduced wear on the treated vehicle components. Such as Engine, Transmission, Differential, Power steering pump, engine cooling system, etc. Disclosure:    I personally get nothing financially out of any one purchasing & using these products. Personal use & observation:     I used a fluid extractor (available cheap at auto parts stores, Walmart, etc.) to remove the amount of fluid necessary for the Power steering pump. I shook the livin' daylights out of the can with the Power steering treatment for two minutes. I then put that fluid in with the engine turned off. I drove the vehicle and let it idle a combined time of an hour or more as deemed necessary by Microlon. The next day, while driving the vehicle, I suddenly realized that the steering was so much easier. Engine:    This was done in two different treatments over 2 separate days. I shook the livin' daylights out of the can with the Engine treatment and installed half of it with a funnel. And of course, the engine was turned off. The next day, the other half was installed and the Compound 90 as well. I drove the vehicle and let it idle a combined time of an hour or more as deemed necessary by Microlon. The engine is now running very smooth. I treated the Transmission with the proper solution and the rear differential as well. Something caught my eye when I started up the engine. The engine oil pressure gauge normally takes 2 seconds to attain full engine oil pressure. I suddenly noticed that when the engine was started, something odd was happening. The oil pressure gauge responds as quick as a spring loaded mouse trap going off. To me, this is incredible. I have had others observe this as well. Everyone has been impressed. Transmission & Rear axle ( Differential):     These are are very quiet and smooth running since they were treated with the related Microlon products. Obviously, I am well pleased in the performance being delivered. Caution:     If your engine has less than 3,000 miles on it, Do not use the Microlon until you have more than the 3,000 miles. The engine needs to be "broken in". The piston rings might not seat correctly with the lack of friction from the Microlon. The Microlon treatment continues over a 1000 mile use in your vehicle. Then it is a permanent vehicle life extending, enhancing value. I purchased my products from a distributor in the state of Nevada. He has done well by me.             His links are below. I figured it wouldn't hurt to put some of it into the compressor. He was sitting on the floor with his tools and equipment. I asked if he would be willing to try this Microlon in the fridge. He had an expression of apprehension on his face. He asked me if I knew what would happen when this product and the Freon came together. I told him that I didn't know, but I was game if he was. He poured some of the Automotive Microlon into an inline cylinder. Cautiously, he opened the valve in short spurts. We both got quite a surprise as to what happened next. The refrigerator became very quiet while running. It was cooling down quicker than normal as well. He asked me again what the name of that product was and I told him. I gave him the old can. He was very impressed with the results. From that day forward until I sold that house ( I let the fridge go with the deal ), I never had any more problems with the refrigerator. To toss some more ditty's into the ring here, this may be of interest also. I had a neighbor next door. A young guy in his early twenties. He had a buddy that showed up one day with a nearly new Moped. I had a can of Microlon in an aerosol version. I explained what I had and asked if I could spray lube the chain while the the bike was running. They agreed and held the bike up in the air. I complied. The noise from the bike really quieted down. It was very smooth I asked if they would mind if I put some liquid Microlon in the gas tank. There were no objections. The alley behind that house was a bit steep. The neighbor boy hopped on the Moped and ran up and down the alley quite a few times on it. I didn't know what he was up to. He pulled in behind my garage and was looking puzzled. He replied saying the bike was behaving as if some one had put a bigger engine on it.
